1. Returns & Refund Eligibility

You can return an item within 14 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.

  • Customized or discounted items are non-refundable.

  • Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order number).

2. Return Process
